Calendar Access Options
The calendar can be set to require a username and password in order for visitors to be able to post or add events to it. These accounts can later be configured for access to change/delete any events, or just their own.

Require users to have an account to add their events.

Account Request Options
When a visitor fills out an account request form to gain access for the calendar, you may manually approve or deny each request, or you can set it to automatically approve all requests for created accounts.  If you set it to automatically approve each account, the user may immediately begin to add events to the calendar, otherwise, they must wait for your approval. In addition, you may also set it to send an email to the admin's email account which notifies you of a visitors request for an account approval. If you choose not to use this option, you must manually check for pending requests after the calendar is setup. You may also set it to automatically send an email to the requester after you approve or deny their account request.

Automatically approve any requested accounts (this is not recommended).

Send an email to the admin when a visitor requests an account (recommended).

Send an email to the account requester after you approve or deny their request (recommended).
